About the role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a 12+ month contract engagement based in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, working closely with business stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.

What we're looking for

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud, including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes (CI/CD, Git-based version control) Collaborate with business analysts and Salesforce administrators to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring optimal system performance Maintain technical documentation for custom development and integrations Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Copado, or similar) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD II preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing contract environment Must be able to work onsite/hybrid in Plano, TX as required
