About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves hands-on development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, along with configuration, integration, and ongoing platform optimization.
What we're looking for
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation (Flow, Process Builder) Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and performance Manage deployments across sandboxes and production environments using change sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD tools Maintain documentation for custom development, configurations, and integrations Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to existing implementations Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL Experience with Salesforce configuration: workflows, flows, validation rules, permission sets Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required or in progress) Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or marketing automation platforms
